Blue as a subject of multi layer inquiry. Shades of blue as moods, scents, sounds, paintings on paper and face.

The Systems of Longevity
Fall 2022-Present
The Systems of Longevity is a multinational research project that seeks to prove that through the systemic maximization of external influences, positive epigenetic expression would be the baseline for the population while health span and quality of life would increase.

Orthetricum lyelli as a bioindicator for air pollution
Fall 2022-Spring 2023
Orthetricum lyellii moss was collected from locations with a wide range of vehicular traffic. Moss samples were sorted, selected, processed, dated, dried, digested with weak and strong acids, diluted, and then analyzed for heavy metal content using ICP-MS. Once the heavy metal contents was known, we reviewed the literature regarding the impacts of these specific metals on both human and wildlife.

Summer 2025, An electronic music album created using local foliage and dreams in Oaxaca, Mexico

Island of the Moon
August 2024, An electronic house funk album inspired by a conversation with my grandfather about our family’s lineage in Bolivia. The romantic, poetic name of the island sent me on an information deep dive into the history of this island and traced its lore all the way back to the pre-Incan people. This album pays homage to the indigenous mythology about La Isla de la Luna that’s been passed down from ancient time to now.
